In this role, I developed and implemented a new research strategy that included integrating Qualtrics as our research software.
My contributions focused on delivering a best-practice client experience strategy and roadmap, while engaging both internal teams and external partners. This resulted in the deployment of a Dashboard that formalised our research function. I also supported the implementation by translating valuable metric insights into compelling narratives, aligned with commercial goals.
